We ensure that all products leaving our facility meet high standards of quality and safety. However, in case of manufacturing defects or delivery discrepancies, our return and refund policy ensures fair resolution.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or does not match the ordered specification.

The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Process
Once the request is approved, our team will coordinate product pickup or return instructions.
Returned goods are inspected before replacement or refund approval.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued through the original payment method within 7–10 working days of return approval.
Partial refunds may apply for used or damaged packaging.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Custom-printed or personalized products.

Bulk or wholesale orders made to specific designs.

Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled only before production or dispatch. Once printing or packing begins, cancellations are not accepted.
